The flavor of our cakes and quality of our ingredients is extremely important to us. We encourage our clients to be creative with flavor pairing and have fun with combinations they might not find at the corner bakery. We use fresh ingredients as well as the best chocolate, vanilla beans, coffee and spices. Each part of our cakes is made by hand, including our fondant. Natural flavor extracts can be added to enhance the taste and aroma.

About buttercream: My buttercream is a traditional buttercream that is light and creamy in texture. If you like the look of fondant but don't like the added cost, buttercream is a delicious option! Buttercream can mimic the smoothness of fondant; and compared to fondant, buttercream has a creamier overall texture. However, buttercream is slightly limiting, as you cannot get the dramatic accents seen on today's modern cakes.

About fondant: My fondant is homemade and an elegant accent to any cake. It is light in texture, subtly sweet and delicious. If you have ever said, "I don't like fondant," then you have never tried mine! Fondant gives a cake a smooth, eye appealing finish and is perfect for any cake, from birthday cakes to wedding cakes! Fondant gives you a wider variety of design choices, as it can be cut and molded into a wider variety of shapes and figures than you can achieve by piping buttercream.
